 Photo of Alice Goff President of AFSCME District Council 36. Started her public service career in 1973 at the Los Angeles City Police Department. Began her AFSCME career as a steward, then Executive Board member of ACEA Local 3090. In 1994 she was elected President of Local 3090 and in 1995 was elected to the Executive Board of District Council 36 and became its President in 2003. Elected International Vice President in 2004.
