Welcome to the AFSCME Leadership Academy, the place where AFSCME members, retirees and staff can gain the knowledge and skills they need to be more effective leaders and activists.


AFSCME is currently working to implement a state-of-the-art Learning Management System. When it is available we will use it to offer more in-depth courses. In the meantime, please forgive us for the limited content. The new courses should be available by mid-February 2010.
