Reagan and Obama: Separated at Birth?

When it comes to tax loopholes for millionaires, Presidents Reagan and Obama sure have a lot in common. Even their language is uncannily similar.
Thanks to the Center for American Progress for their good work on this video showing President Obama and President Reagan side by side discussing tax cuts for millionaires:
The clip of Reagan is from a June 6, 1985 speech at Northside High School in Atlanta where he explained that tax loopholes allowing a millionaire to pay lower taxes that a bus driver were “crazy,” because they allowed the “truly wealthy to avoid paying their fair share.”
