Senate Support For Public Housing Fiscal Year 2009 Appropriations

Twenty-seven senators signed the bipartisan letter (April 24, 2008) led by Senators Charles Schumer and Olympia Snowe requesting fiscal year 2009 appropriations of $5.3 billion for the Public Housing Operating Fund and $3.5 billion for the Public Housing Capital Fund (see attached letter).
