  • Call an AIG representative at 1-800-433-8880 to report a claim. Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For changes to your AIG policy or to ask customer service a question, call 1-877-310-5687.

* Average annual savings are based on all new Union Plus policyholders nationwide who reported their prior carriers' premium when they switched to Union Plus Auto Insurance from AIG from 7/15/05 to 7/15/06. Of the new policies issued in this timeframe, 86.7% realized a premium savings.
