38th International Convention

The 38th AFSCME International Convention will take place in San Francisco from July 28 to August 1, 2008. Most activities for AFSCME's Convention will be taking place at Moscone West, 4th and Howard Streets.

Convention Call

The Convention Call, AFSCME's formal invitation to delegates, was mailed to councils, locals and retiree chapters in April. It outlines specific requirements about the submission of resolutions, delegate election procedures and submission of credentials.

Registration Hours & Location

Registration for delegates to the AFSCME 38th International Convention will take place on Level 1 at Moscone West, 4th and Howard Streets. The General Sessions for the Convention will take place on Level 3. Following are the hours for registration:

Saturday, July 261 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Sunday, July 279 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Monday, July 287 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Tuesday, July 297 a.m. - 1 p.m.
