Statement of AFSCME President Gerald W. McEntee on Kerry-Edwards Ticket
We are excited that Senator John F. Kerry chose Senator John Edwards as his running mate. Senator Edwards has a record of fighting for everyday Americans and a history of standing up to special interests.
As a presidential candidate, Edwards proved himself to be an impressive campaigner, a disciplined messenger and a skilled speaker.
