Keeping ’em Flyin’

To recognize its members’ valuable performance in a time of national crisis, Local 3290 (Council 26) recently sponsored an awards ceremony. Among the recipients was shop steward Lisa Baccus. Also recognized: Harold C. Davis, Gary Michel, Joe Conte, Susan Caron, Christian Jordan, Clare Donelan, Jerry Smith, Alan Martin, Teddy Lail, Mardi Thompson, Linda Lewis, Paul Greer and Vince Bennett. Said Carl Goldman, executive director of the Capital Area Council of Federal Employees, "With the new administration delaying the signing of our members’ contract since last January, this ceremony is a timely reminder to management that they continue to work hard to keep the airlines flying."
