1996 Regional Summer Schools for Union Women
The University and College Labor Education Association and the AFL-CIO Department of Education are sponsoring four regional Summer Schools for Union Women again this year. The week-long residential schools are designed to educate women unionists about the challenges facing today's unions and to provide the skills women need to participate more effectively in the labor movement. Over the past decade, these schools have provided rewarding and memorable experiences for the thousands of women who have attended them.
