IEB Review
At its December 2003 meeting, the International Executive Board established a hearing committee to review the legislative districts (from which International vice presidents are elected). The committee will recommend consolidation of the Southern and Caribbean Districts plus creation of a Puerto Rico District. The board acted because the Southern District had less than 1 percent of AFSCME's membership.
