Pandemic Influenza Preparedness Survey

AFSCME is working closely with the AFL-CIO and other affiliated unions to assess the preparedness of our workplaces to respond to pandemic influenza. As reported in previous issues of UNA Action, health care and public-sector workers are critical to the maintenance of a functioning infrastructure and are the most at-risk for occupational exposure to the potentially deadly virus. While the federal government and states have drafted preparedness plans, we need your help to know if these plans are being implemented at the grassroots level.

Please take a moment to download the survey (58k PDF), answer the questions and return it to us. Thank you in advance for your help.
