David Warrick – Indianapolis, Indiana

Executive Director of AFSCME Council 62. Began working for the state of Indiana in 1986 and became involved in the AFSCME organizing drive in 1990. Served on the first Indiana State Bargaining Team and was elected president of AFSCME Local 795. Began his AFSCME career as a staff representative for Council 62 in 1994 and rose to associate director in 1999 and to executive director in February 2003. Elected International Vice President in 2003.
