Ken Deitz, RN – San Dimas, California

President, United Nurses Associations of California/Union of Health Care Professionals (UNAC/UHCP). Deitz was elected in 2012 to serve as an International Vice President (NUHHCE District). He began his career as a Registered Nurse at Kaiser Fontana in 1979. He was elected President of UNAC/UHCP in 2010. In addition he served as Executive Vice President of UNAC from 2007 to 2011. Before that, he served as a Staff Representative and as his union’s Chief Negotiator, heading the bargaining team in nearly every contract during the last 20 years.
