Last spring, Oregon Retiree Chapter 75 held its founding convention in Salem, making it AFSCME's 40th chartered retiree chapter. The statewide chapter is made up of retired public employees of state and local government. Pictured here are the delegates who attended the convention. The group's president is Michael Arken, a longtime AFSCME activist.
