Environmental Protection
 Every day AFSCME members are working to protect the environment and manage our nation's parks and recreation areas. Biologists, environmental planners, park and watershed rangers, and vehicle emissions testers are just a few of the hundreds of environmental specialists that are part of AFSCME. Our members are dedicated not just to their jobs, but to advocating for safe and healthy communities with well maintained public parks and recreational areas for everyone.
