WHEREAS:

Growth in technology will cause a shift in employment emphasis increasing the need for jobs within the spheres of education and social services in the widest sense including health, advising, counseling and rehabilitation, etc.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:

That AFSCME address there problems by incorporating into it-, organizing efforts those newly emphasized positions prohibiting a further division of the workforce.
