Our union is launching its new AFSCME Public Safety communications platforms with the goal of engaging more union members and workers in public safety.
AFSCME Public Safety’s website, social media channels and monthly email newsletter will be valuable resources for news in the public safety space and will offer tools for public safety union members.
They will feature stories highlighting how AFSCME public safety professionals never quit on their communities and provide updates about public safety organizing wins, legislative victories, trends in job safety and more.
No matter their job title, AFSCME members in corrections and law enforcement protect their communities with courage and commitment. They defend their freedoms and those of the communities they serve.
