Being in a union leads to stronger pay, better benefits and respect for the work we do – because we have a voice on the job and a seat at the table.

Here’s the union difference by the numbers:

Union members make 19.4% more than nonunion workers.

96% of union members have access to a health care plan, compared to 69% of nonunion workers.

And when it comes to supplemental benefits, we have better access to vision, dental and prescription benefits across the board.

When working people join together in a union, we make a difference in our workplace – and our lives.
