An Amendment to Postpone Until January 1, 2017 the Effective Dates of Previously Adopted Amendments Concerning Progressive Dues, Central Collective of Dues and Changes in the Implementation of Minimum Dues Adjustments

BE IT RESOLVED:

That the January 1, 2012 effective date of the amendments to Article IX, Sections 6 and 11 of the International Constitution now contained in Appendix E, Sections 1A and 1B shall be postponed until January 1, 2017 and that this amendment shall be given retroactive effect to January 1, 2012; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

That the January 1, 2013 effective date of the amendments to Article IX, Sections 5, 7 and 8 of the International Constitution now contained in Appendix E, Sections 2A, 2B and 2C shall be postponed until January 1, 2017.
